Tara and Allison met in the design world in 2008 working for a local residential design firm. With a love for great style paired with the strong bonds of friendship, they have never looked back! As time progressed so did their skill set which led them into kitchen and bath design.

When an incredible opportunity came about, they decided to start their own business. Their goal is to help individuals create a vision- perhaps as simple as choosing paint samples or as complex as building a dream kitchen or bath. They have the ability to combine all aspects of your job: from cabinets, countertops, flooring, furniture, art and accessories, they can help.

For Tara and Allison, the journey has not been an easy beginning! They opened during the pandemic and watched their community decimated by the strong winds of the Derecho. However, the Design House women are strong and believe this community is all about not just surviving, but thriving.
